Lettera interamente autografa della nobildonna Thérèse d'Albert de Luynes, duchessa di Uzès, all'amico conte e diplomatico Joseph Delpech de Frayssinet, cui annuncia l'invio di ottime sigarette tedesche:
"... Je vais vous faire expédier des cigarettes que je trouve assez bonnes, j'espère que vous les aimerez...".
Su carta intestata con stemma a rilievo e motto dell'antica famiglia dei duchi di Uzès ("Ferro non auro").
La lettera è stata incollata, unitamente a un lembo della busta, su un foglio di carta pesante.
