"... Nulla potei offrirvi per il vostro grano, sebbene qui i Lombardi siano molto scarsi, e ben sostenuti... offrendo robba che non è qui in stazione in questi momenti di calma d'affari, perché amlgrado la fermezza nelli cereali nostrali, pochissimo si fa...".
