Shipping and returns
The shipment is made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
Shipments to the national territory are made by Corriere Crono with delivery in 2-4 working days. During the creation of the order it is possible to select either a faster shipping method with delivery in 1-2 working days (Corriere Crono Express), or a merchandise insurance service (up to a ceiling of € 2,582.28). In both cases the cost of shipping will vary depending on the service chosen by the customer.
All shipments are tracked; the code will be communicated at the start of the goods.
For purchases over 99.00 Euro shipping costs are free; for amounts over € 200.00 shipping insurance will be offered in addition.
Collection on site
Orders can be collected at our office, only once the balance has been paid and by appointment, to be agreed using the following contact details click here.
International shipments are made by Registered Mail, with times ranging from 4 to 15 working days depending on the place of delivery. During the creation of the order it is possible to select the insurance service of the goods (up to a maximum of € 2,582.28): in this case the cost of shipping will be changed.
The buyer can request the return of the purchased goods with the reimbursement of the price paid (excluding shipping costs, which remain charged to the customer).
If the buyer finds in the purchased object conditions different from what is indicated in the descriptive sheet, the expenses incurred will be borne by ICharta.
The right to return the item must be exercised within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

The return must be made only by registered mail.
In case of return with different methods, ICharta will be exonerated from any responsibility for the loss or damage of the returned goods and, consequently, it will not be possible to refund the price paid by the buyer.
